I recently visited Pret A Manger in Bicester Village and had a mixed experience. I ordered a latte and the falafel hummus salad. While neither was bad, they didn’t quite live up to the usual Pret standard. The latte was decent, and the falafel hummus salad was okay, but I expected more flavor and freshness.

That being said, the atmosphere was fantastic! It’s a lively and vibrant spot, which made it a pleasant place to sit and relax. The service was impressively quick, which was a bonus. Overall, while the food wasn’t spectacular, the energetic vibe and efficient service made the experience worthwhile.

I’d still come back for the atmosphere and convenience, but might try something else on the menu next time!

Very very busy when visited last week with my friend. Though many tables around, they're full so we have to walk around to find a table, logging with our hands our tray of hot food!
Food was excellent and satisfying indeed !!

The service at this store is one of the best with speedy attentive service.

The food on the other hand was a different story with over baked hot food that was tepid not hot, smaller sized hot drinks, as well as sub-par baked goods. Choices seemed to be limited.

I maybe unfairly comparing baked goods from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, USA, Italy, France and Korea raises the question of why the UK standard for baked goods is soo low. Having worked and tried globally it's disappointing to experience baked goods which lack freshness, crunch, and thorough baking.
I'm sure the French God of Baking would be most disappointed.

The lack of consistent quality of baked goods in the UK is disappointing and frankly worrying.

Pret is not alone with badly bake croissant 🥐 and pastries with rubbery center with a well known chain, Gs.
I certainly never had a rubbery Croissant or Pain au Chocolate at Paul's in the UK.

Stopped for a quick refresh whilst shopping at Bicester Village. Great range of light bite foods and drinks. Reasonable queue time and pricing. Staff were really helpful despite how busy it was. Outdoor seating, plus in store and extended seating area too. A welcome rest for our family.

Overpriced . Not sure how they get away with charging almost double what they charge in other pret stores. £3.80 for a love bar (£4.55 for the privilege of sitting in). Blatant profiteering
