Amazing repair shop. Came in after 5pm on a Sunday when my iphone screen stopped working. They were able to repair it within an hour with a high quality screen for a very reasonable price. Would recommend!

I had an iPhone 12 repaired here and it cost £200 for parts and labour. I found it because of the great reviews, and the staff were immediately friendly and professional. I added a battery replacement on top for £70 to make my phone feel new and last a bit longer, as it was starting to run out fast.

My phone was fixed, and unfortunately it suddenly stopped working and it had to be returned. They kindly repaired it free of charge. A few weeks later, the new battery they used failed, with the phone stuck on 1% and unable to charge up, and eventually failing entirely. I then had to take it back again, where they replaced the battery with one which didn’t last long at all, running out in a matter of hours.

They asked me to wait a week and they replaced the battery with a better quality one, which also failed to work well, having to be charged 5 times a day.

As I had to return due to issues maybe 6 times at this point, I started to give up, and looked to buy a new phone. The phone I was left with in the day had a camera completely covered in dust after a few weeks due to a completely unsealed screen, with a fingernail width gap between the glass and frame. The screen was cheap quality, and it had old LCD tv looking colours with a white tint and very grey blacks, and IOS had issues recognising it.

The battery that I payed extra to replace was in the end actually worse than the aging one I originally had.

Overall they were helpful and professional, happily fixing the phone without any arguments or issues when it went wrong, however I don’t live in Clapham and the whole ordeal resulted in a Frankenstein phone that hardly worked due to bad quality parts, that I ended up just replacing.

I would likely still recommend them with caution if official apple repair is out of budget as they were undoubtedly very helpful and I could tell they wanted to do a good job.

Saved me an incredible amount of money, S22 Ultra repair, feels as good as when I first got it. Incredibly speedy to, from no screen and the back completely cracked to no damage at all in 2 hours, couldn't be any more happy with the outcome today.
