Proffitt & Holt have recently handled the sale of my property in Abbots Langley. From the very first interactions with Ed, through to photos being taken, all the viewings where I think I dealt with the whole office, there wasn't a single disappointing interaction. The whole team were friendly and respectful of my property and my time.

The chain was a long one and there were a few problems further down the chain and at times it got a little stressful, but I have to call out Kirsty's excellent approach to these challenges as she worked so hard to resolve issues in the chain and keep us informed. A true pleasure to deal with and an asset to P&H at what is likely the most stressful part of the entire process.

Our sale fell through earlier this year, this caused a lot of anxiety and eventually we lost our purchase too. At times the communications from P&H were patchy and that was frustrating.
