Great service from Zebi at Profix. Replaced a few watches batteries for we while I waited. He also insisted I stayed a little while to be sure all of the new batteries were working properly...and provided a 1 year warranty. Great price too. Thoroughly recommend!

I highly recommend Profix! Zabi, the owner, is incredibly helpful and honestly has the best customer service. I first went to them last year when I smashed my phone screen, and the experience was so great that when I (inevitably) broke it again this year, I knew exactly where I was going. This time, I also bought a phone case and screen protector while I was there!

The repair was super quick—under 30 minutes—which is amazing when you're in a rush. The quality is top-notch too and my phone looks brand new. If you need a repair, this is 100% the place to go. Thank you Zabi!

I bought my first screen protector here for my new phone and after 6 months I close my phone in the car’s door and the screen protector broke.
When I removed it my phone was like new and it didn’t have a single scratch!

Had a broken watch with the dials / numbers having fallen off the face of the watch. I left it with Zabi who had it fixed and back to me for a good price in a few days. I've had this watch for years so it was of high sentimental value. Will come back for any broken phones / watch needs ! Highly recommend !
