Really pleased with the experience I received from Paul at Pro Presso.
I have a Sage The Oracle coffee machine, and was gutted when it didn't work. They're around £1600 brand new, and I drink 1-2cups of coffee most days.

Paul was easily contactable and flexible and we made a date for me to drop off my coffee machine. I had my coffee machine back after a day and half! Really impressed with this turn around.
Fixed and a service carried out on internal parts. Also offered advice on looking after my coffee machine.

Paul showed me his workshop, very knowledgeable and friendly guy, works on commercial and domestic coffee machines and knows his stuff. I also received a free bag of coffee beans.

Thanks for fixing my pride and joy and my caffeine addiction.

Paul has serviced my Sage Oracle Touch coffee maker for the past two years. He is very professional and gave some helpful tips for keeping the machine in top condition- not easy with the hard water we have in Oxfordshire. Would highly recommend.

I’m pleased to be able to add to more than 500 other five star reviews.

Paul quoted me £240 to repair my broken coffee machine, and then found other issues with it when it arrived with him. however charged me just £180 when I collected it and said that it was cheaper than he initially thought to repair and he didn’t wanna overcharge me.

How often does that happen that you pay less than you're quoted?

Plus the machine was repaired within two days and is in perfect working order again.

I’ll be getting this machine serviced with Paul every year moving forward, and I expect it to live forever because of how good he is.

Plus, incredibly friendly so Pleasant to do business with.

I thought our Sage Barista Express had died.
Most electricals nowadays seem to be disposable. I thought before throwing the machine away I would research repairs on you tube etc and have a go at repairing it myself, I spent half a day trying different fixes, all to no avail.
I then googled “Repairs to sage coffee machines” the reviews showed most people hadn’t had much luck!
Propresso stood out with 5 STAR reviews so I thought I’d contact them, they couldn’t have been more helpful.
I took the machine (now in bits to their workshop) Paul identified the problem, quoted for the repair and said we could pick the machine up later the same day!
I Picked the machine up, all working perfectly with a very reasonable charge, Paul gave advice on maintenance in the future and then sent further video links on how to regularly maintain the machine.
I will definitely use Propresso in the future.
