Jason was very polite and helpful. The waiting facilities were clean and for me work friendly. There was a coffee/ hot chocolate machine which was free of charge. The tyres were fitted promptly. All in all I'm happy with the service I received.

I'm taking the car to this garage since a few years, and I would not take it anywhere else, not only because their good work but for their honesty placing the client interest first which is very unusual to find in this type of business (that's why they are very busy...).
Specially mention to Jason who is all the time taking care of the clients and trying to do his best to provide a good service.
The last time I took my car for service and MOT they found a minor issue which they decided to fix it instead failing the MOT. Great service and garage, totally recommended!

It was clear today when I visited Protyre Abingdon that they were short staffed and had a really busy day ahead of themselves. Despite this the staff were kind, helpful and dealt with my tyre change in a speedy manner. The service was courteous and professional and I would definitely recommend them.

Guy on Reception was rude. Asked about paying extra to have tracking done and he snapped and said I should have booked or rung! Then asked for a wheel to be changed and he told me I needed to pay for tyre rotation and which didn’t show when I booked so I phoned Asda they told me there was no rotation charge anyway.

*AVOID THIS GARAGE FOR A SERIVCE*

I took my vehicle in for a bronze service this morning. On completion I noticed a warning light on my dashboard which wasn't there before. So i popped back in and explained this the the Manager, He immediately got very irate and said it was nothing to do with the Vehicle service, It's not our problem and that I needed to take my vehicle to another garage to be looked at.
But another mechanic at the same branch behind the desk over heard the conversation and said its probably just a warning light that will go away soon because we've replaced your oil and oil filter. Complety contradicting what the Manager said to me.

Warning light aside, The Manager came across as aggressive and rude towards me. All he had to do was say 'OK no probs we will have a look for you'. Instead I was presented with disgusting customer service and spoken down to like a dog. I will never use this vehicle garage again!

Never used protyre before. Outside is a clean environment. Inside: Great friendly customer service, extremely clean environment, warm waiting area with free coffee machine. Will definately go back and use protyre from this point on.

Brilliant service, efficient and good value. Friendly staff and warm drinks available whilst waiting! There's also space to work remotely with wifi.
