Had our boiler serviced from QF Maintenance and they also checked our hot water tank because we were not not getting enough hot water to the taps. It resulted with immersion heater blown up and they managed to change that on the same day as well. Very professional and outstanding job. Highly recommend due to their professionalism and punctuality.

Martin was absolutely fantastic!if I could give him 20 stars I would! He explained everything clearly and went the extra mile to help me with my plumbing problem. I was smelling gas in my kitchen on Sunday night and i was searching for local gas engineer.
I search in google and QF Maintenance was the first that showed up they arrived in a very short time and managed to make the property safe.
They had clear communication and reasonable price. I would highly recommend using them as the engineer who came to us was very knowledgeable.

excellent work from start to finish, they were professional, prompt, and efficient. I called them for a leaking pipe, and they arrived within the hour. the engineer was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue in detail before getting fixing the problem - not only did they fix the problem quickly, but they also ensured everything was cleaned up afterward. The pricing was fair unlike other plumbing companies that over charge!!! & they provided a warranty for their work.

I Had issues with my boiler and I called up QF property maintenance, I spoke to a person called Alan, he was very professional and informative of the services he can provide and gave me a clear and detailed breakdown of the costs. To my luck he had a slot for me the next day after providing me with a quote. He came down and fixed the boiler quickly and efficiently which I was very happy about. All in all i recommend this company to anyone having problems, they offer a wide range of services and are very quick to reply and get the job done.

Allen was very professional when he arrived at my property, I love that he uses shoe covers before entering, that level of consideration means a lot as I have OCD and the fact that I didn’t have to request this is a great use of initiative. The job was done efficiently and within a good time. He was very attentive on the job, a few materials were missing and he went out of his way to order the brackets for the radiator, also went to lengths to get a boiler key as I didn’t have the correct one. There was a slight issue with the radiator valves, however, once I contacted him about this, he responded straight away and returned within the next working day. The issue was resolved effectively and his service is definitely efficacious. I would highly recommend.
