Avoid This Business – Dishonest and Unreliable!

I took my jacket to this shop to have the zip replaced. The owner quoted me £15 and asked me to leave both the jacket and the money, saying it would be ready in an hour. When I returned, he told me he hadn't replaced the zip but had "fixed" it instead. I wasn't happy, but he convinced me it would last and even promised that if it broke within a year, he would fix it for free.
Less than two months later, the zip broke again. When I went back, he completely denied ever repairing my jacket and even claimed he had never seen me before! He refused to honor his promise, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.
This business is dishonest and unreliable. If you need a proper repair, go somewhere else! Don’t waste your time and money here.

This place is extremely professional, with a spacious changing room and excellent staff! I got seen quickly and given a time I can collect my order. When I picked up my trousers (I asked for them to be shortened), they were done exactly how I asked and I couldn’t be happier with the price and the amount of time it took to do them!
