Excellent and quick service from start to finish. I was able to text to enquire about an issue with my laptop (broken charging port) and received a quick reply outlining what they thought the problem was and how to fix it, as well as being open about the possible cost. I was kept updated through the repair and after enquiring on the Saturday I had my laptop back with me on the Wednesday. Also offered to collect and deliver my laptop as I live locally!
