I booked for my car window to be replace and the advisor confirmed that an Engineer would be at my home the next day between 2 PM and 4 PM. However, at 4:36 PM no one showed up. When I contacted the company again? I was informed that the engineer would be 45 minutes late. I received no previous calls informing me of the delay or no apology. I informed of my upset and disappointed in their professionalism, then I received an apology. I cancelled the booking.

Outstanding customer service, after fitting the windscreen they hoovered the pieces of smashed glass in my car, cleaned the windscreen and ensured everything was 11/10. Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough !!! Amazing prices too !!

I called up Quickfit windscreens to replace my existing rear window. The day came and unfortunately on the day it happens that the window gets scratched on the way to their warehouse, which wasn’t their fault. They instantly ordered another rear windscreen for same day delivery and came down to fix it that same exact day. Great quality work for a reasonable price and had a great talk. Would highly recommend these guys definitely!
