He explained the service in detail, along with advising me to adjust temperatures on hot water and central heating to have less pressure on the boiler and use less gas.
I intend to use his services from now on for all my gas safe jobs

He turned up when he said and undertook a repair and full service to our boiler. He thoroughly checked our boiler over and diagnosed the problem.
He proceeded to tell us what he was doing at every step of the process and showed us all the faulty parts. The leak was now fixed! 😁

He then carried out a full service to the boiler and changed various parts to ensure the boiler was in the safest and best possible working order. He then issued a full safety certificate.

At first I thought the amount of 5 star reviews were too good to be true. They’re not! Farooq was everything the other reviewers say. Fault quickly identified, new part fitted straight away. Everything explained in a way that even I with my limited boiler knowledge could understand, including advice on how to keep my (13 years) old boiler going a while longer, and the best option when it finally reaches the end!
