I had a very disappointing experience with QwikFone. The staff at the counter were incredibly rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. To make matters worse, their email communication was frustrating—responses were vague and did not address my questions about the repair. It felt as though they were either completely incompetent or intentionally avoiding giving a clear answer. I expected better service and transparency, but this experience has left me thoroughly unimpressed. I would not recommend their services.

Purchased a Samsung phone through back market, from day one the device had issues in which I raised with back market and qwikfone, my device had absolutely no damage at all yet the device wouldn't work, I returned the item under the 12 months warranty they apparently give, only to be told they couldn't repair and there was no warranty! Would not recommend shame I can't give 0 stars, shocking experience from Start to finish!

I initially bought Iphone X from another company and wished I hadn't, they took money and out and didn't dispatch my phone, as i write this review still on dispute with them.

I came across Qwik phone by accident while searching refurbished phone companies. I looked up reviews and all were good so took the plunge and bought another Iphone X.

To my surprise the phone arrived promptly and was in pristine condition with no marks and battery life at 100%.

My daughter is really happy with her phone and so am I. I would buy my next phone from them again.

Do not buy from Qwikfone. They do not refurbish phones properly.
We spent £100s on an iphone, but due to unforeseen reasons did not use it initially. When we did, the touchscreen quickly stopped working. Discovered this was because during the refurb Qwikfone used the wrong size screen and incorrect back plate, then didn't fit them properly.
Contacted Qwikfone, but they denied it and refused to help. If this had been a genuine error they would have wanted to put it right; their response suggests it is a scam.
We have wasted £100s on a phone that does not work.
My advice would be do not buy from them, it is not worth the risk when there are better, more trustworthy companies around.

I ordered a refurbished iPhone 8. The phone was described as in pristine condition and it was that and more. It arrived earlier than I thought which is always nice. The battery had a great capacity (which for me is key) and so far I'm really pleased with my purchase. Would give them 10* and more!!

I was looking locally for a renewed iphone as I was reluctant to order online but couldn't find anywhere suitable. When I came across QwikFone and read their reviews I decided to chance it.
The phone arrived well packed in superb condition, not a mark on it. 100% Battery capacity. Has performed perfectly ever since I set it up.
Would definitely buy from here again in the future. If you are looking for a renewed smartphone this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
