Suddenly my PC crashed and I really hadn't backed up in any serious way. I found Ryan online and, almost as suddenly, he'd come to my house and picked up the PC. (I live in Upper Teesdale where it can be very difficult to get help so I was mightily relieved that he was willing to come out here.) In no time at all, Ryan had retrieved my files including my photos. He also supplied a refurbished laptop to replace my aging PC.
He's so friendly and informed. I can't recommend him highly enough. And if I find myself in a tech pickle again (likely), I will certainly turn to Ryan.

Ryan came to us last week as we'd lost connection to both our email accounts. We'd tried for 3 days to get back into them! Ryan was with us about 30 minutes and had managed to fix the problem, he's obviously a genius! Seriously though, he's a lovely lad, very polite, friendly and approachable. Didn't charge us the earth and did the job we hoped he would do. So, whatever your tech problems are, Ryan's your man. Highly recommend him. Thank you Ryan, we'd never have been able to do it without you.
