My PS5 was continuously shutting down (I just used the hoover to suck the dust from the holes Sony left) I wanna say it wasn’t enough so since I wanted also to change the metal cooling (that is better for cooling than thermal paste) I called some tech shop in Gloucester some of them didn’t have the metal cooling and others wanted to take the PS5 at home. I found the Redd Tech support and for a very competitive price they were able to clean and change the metal cooling, now I am good for the next couple of years to keep playing without worries, if anything happens I will update this review. Highly recommend to anyone looking for some tech repair. The HDMI port on my ps5 broke suddenly. I called Rich and he said to bring it in the following day. It was repaired within 24 hours. I called Redd Tech as my son's PS5 had developed a "Blue Light of Death" fault. After a quick Google I was confident as to what was causing the fault but the skills needed in order to fix the issue were far beyond my capabilities.
After a quick call to Rich I arranged to drop it off within a couple of hours. I had a call the very next day to say it had been sorted and was ready for collection.
Overall, a very positive experience with Redd Tech. Informative, friendly and professional. The costs are very reasonable and the turnaround time was excellent. I will most definitely be using Redd Tech in the future.

Excellent and would highly recommend for repairs - mine was a water damaged Nintendo Switch that I thought would be beyond saving, it wouldn’t turn on after being fully submerged in water but Redd Tech were able to repair it and it’s in perfect working order again. I was kept updated throughout and I think the pricing was very fair for the fix. Will definitely use again if I have any tech break/need updating in the future! Thank you so much ☺️
