Brought my laptop in with a broken screen Tueday afternoon. Got a text on Wednesday afternoon saying it was ready for collection. Picked it up and it's as good as new for a very reasonable price. Carl provides excellent service, very friendly and open and honest about everything. Showed me the old broken parts he had taken out on collection, which im sure to some people provides peace of mind that repairs have been done as promised. Highly recommend. Thanks Carl.

One of my hard drives on my PC clicked badly and my PC failed to operate with the drive plugged in.
The drive in question had incredibly important files on it.
I called Quickfix and after chat I then knew said drive had met its death.....
However, all was not lost. With the intervention of Quickfix, I now have a new SSD that all my precious files have been recovered to.
Fantastic and fast service from Quickfix. Would highly reccomend.
