On the way from Southwell to Nottingham, my car started having major issues. I limped to this place, which just happened to be the closest open service centre. It was near the end of the week and end of the day. They graciously welcomed me, took on the car, and said they might not be able to get to me before the weekend because they were fully booked, which was completely understandable. The next morning, I got a phone call explaining they had found time and what was wrong with the car. They communicated clearly and were able to fix it and had it to me by the end of the day. I also noticed they had a good relationship with other customers who were present. If we lived nearby, we would gladly use this centre.

I got a flat tire that was completely shredded, I pulled over nearby to the auto repair centre (thank god) never changed a tire before and my Jack was old, rusted and wouldn't work.

The man (i assume that runs it) was there working at 7.30 am and helped Jack my car up with his hydraulic Jack so that I could put my donut on. Wouldn't take any money off me, lovely guy - just wanted to say thanks 😄

Phoned my recovery provider up . They selected this wonderful company to come and help me out . It was a wonderful gent who attended I believe I dragged him away from his dinner . But arrived within the hour and sorted my wheel out . Thank you a star service.

After recently purchasing my new car I soon noticed the engine light appear on my car. Redhill Service Centre were very quick too see my car and diagnose the issue to give me some piece of mind on what could be done. Following on from that they went the extra mile by ringing multiple places for this specific part needed for my car and also contacted Honda to get clarification which allowed for a smooth transition through out the process. I was quoted a good honest price as opposed to some other garages I had contacted (doing a superb job as well for the finished product). Safe to say with the great customer service from all the team I will be returning for all future issues/MOTS/Services ETC.

I run a courier company called Critical Shipments, that specialise in time - critical shipments. Anyway on the Friday / Saturday morning the steering become loose and was wobling on one of our vans. It was going to to be a number of possible problems. I rang around other companies in the local area and they didn't seem to instrested in our business. Response were off: we can see you next week or we can't do to much about it now! Well I visit Redhill Service Centre in person asked them to have a look, after exaplaining the circumstances of what happen and my business model.(as i did with the other companies)

They give me a few options- they could understand the situation and unlike most garages they give me a couple of places that they recommend for me to try as they were very busy them self. Id did and no joy. The persistent person I am I went back, the lovely gentlemen i spoken to earlier, moved and jiggled some space to put it on the ramps to diagnoses the problem.

Quote was provided and I left them the van that night to start work on in the morning of Monday. Monday came and I reicved a call from the garage explaining the situation that another part was broken. Luckily enough they had pre-empted ordering me the part, and I added a new tire to the order too.

Obviously the bill was more than the original quoted price but I was compltey aware that this would be the case with the addional parts. From pricing to completion less than half a day. In the industry I work in thats critical for us. I will be using them again for our other fleet vehicles/ personal.

Honest, reliable and an excellent turn around on our vehicle. Even shown me the old parts taken off and the problems. Very rare to see this type of honest trade, and without even asking. Id highly recommend. Brilliant experience. Keep up the brilliant work and will no doubt be in touch soon.
