Took my Samsung Galaxy in with a charging port issue. Booked it in for a replacement. When I picked it up I was told it just needed a good clean and it was working perfectly again.

Appreciate the honesty as they could have easily just replaced it and charged me and I would have been none the wiser. This is the sign of a good reliable business!

I would definitely use them again.

Needed a battery replacement for my iPhone 11. Was thinking of either going to Apple, (for battery replacement) having a go at changing the battery myself, or just getting a newer phone with a new contract. Apple was charging £85 for a replacement and their reviews aren’t very good at all! Looked into doing it myself, but it looked far too technical for me to attempt. And I can’t really afford a newer phone. Then I came across these guys at Reenu. Their reviews looked incredible. So I sent an enquiring email. Was quickly replied to, stating price £45 and there is no need to book.

Left my phone with them the next day and picked it back up hour and half later and all was good. Even replaced my screen protector free of charge, and he didn’t even mention that had been changed. And I was charged £35 not £45!

So a quick, reliable, professional, affordable service was completed by a couple of super friendly, down to earth trustworthy techs. Saving me a lot of money in the long run.

I’ve now got a good battery at low cost that should last a couple of years or more. It’s been working great the first week. Wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again when needed. Very happy with this service!

Fantastic and friendly service. Highly experienced techs, they always know what the issue might be straight away.
I come here for everything phone related.
They work really fast, usually 1h and if it's done earlier they will call you.
Everything is always fixed well and I got a free screen protector every time I got my screen changed.
and I break that quite often.

Phone screen on but touch was not being recognised whilst abroad - as soon as I was home I rang these guys up and before even asking for it to be brought in they tried to help me fix for free over the phone - unfortunately to no avail. Eventually took phone in 2 hours before closing expecting it to be a day or two before getting back and to my surprised it was fixed within 45 minutes and the quote he gave over the phone was exactly what I paid. Beyond happy as I felt lost without it - honest and brilliant service. Could not recommend more👍
