Not a good experience. Initially good service but very slow delivery. When the laptop turned out not to be any good (battery issues) I returned it but months later have had to claim a refund from my credit card as all went quiet at that point...

I bought a computer refurbished computer and I'm sincerely pleased with it and the service in general.
I talked with Sam who gave me all the specs on the computer and offered to upgrade the amount of ram from 16 to 32 gb.
I had a minor delay with the deliver of the computer, but Sam compensated with also upgrading the SSD installed.
I received the computer today and all I expected, mint conditions.

Great experience from start to finish.
Suddenly had to start working from home and needed laptop urgently for children’s school lessons via Teams/Zoom.
Contacted the company and they were extremely polite and professional, and despite being extremely busy managed to get my order out for deliver and I received it the very next day in time for children’s school lessons, even swapped the hard drive for me.
Machine was exactly as described and in much better condition than I expected.
I would recommend this company to anyone, and that’s coming from me who’s a buyer by trade of IT equipment.
