Booked via John Lewis I was worried when I looked at reviews. But gave me a slot, two engineers arrived swapped my OLEDs psu out in about 10 minutes. Had all the equipment to do the job there and then and were pleasant and knew what they were doing. No complaints at all great service

Rubbish. Contracted through DandG service and in 2 visits to my house were not able to remove a blockage that eventually I did myself. In too much of a rush to move to next customer or go home and not do a thorough job. Not that their bothered, I imagine D&G pay them for every visit.
But the engineer did lie on his report saying that after the first visit we washed the same rug which caused the initial blockage again.
He also advised my wife to call a plumber as our drainage pipes were likely to be blocked, which they are not at all

I'm a vulnerable customer. With 2 boys 8 and 12. Fridge Freezer broke on the weekend. Took them 3 days to come out to me. Wednesday. But the new freezer won't get picked up from.the warehouse till the next week on the Tuesday. And they won't unbox it for u if it doesn't fit through the door and will just leave at the door. So if I'm an old person or have no one to help me lift it or I'm at work and it's just the Mrs at home the item would be left outside. Disgraceful treatment for customers. Will be making a complaint about the time and services.

I had the booking for my washer dryer through domestic and general. Called them to confirm booking and ask if they have anything sooner, i was promissed they will call in case something came up. Monday 9 am i received a call from them asking if i want the visit same day(booking was wednesday), said yes, ingineer showed up one h later diagnosed it and at 12:30 pm i received a text message from d&g as my washer couldn’t be repaired. Ordered though their link and Wednesday i had a brand nee washer. Excellent service from call centre to ingineer! Personally I would recommend them!

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC DONT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE they don't even deserve a one star
staff to be precise supervisor very rude, argumentative, clearly not willing to help anyone , only thing she seems to know what to say " we don't " "we don't" "we don't" and there's NO managers to speak to or go back to your insurance people. I haven't had a oven to cook from for over a week now because the door will not close. I asked for a pm appointment which I was told that's fine and would be put it in the notes... the day comes and he calls to say he's on his way 10.29am really .... she calls up and the we don't do starts... IF YOU AS A COMPANY DONT DO THEN DONT PUT YOURSELFS FORWARD TO INSURANCE COMPANYS THAT DO WANT TO HELP AND FIX ISSUES

Called to obtain a quote to repair my TV to be told would not give a rough estimate for a already diagnosed issued. I'm not willing to pay the £60 inspection fee to be told either they don't make the parts so unable to repair. Don't waste your time calling them.

If there was a no star, that would be what I would give this bunch of criminals, they have totally recked my Panasonic TV having made great big marks in the bezel and refuse to replace the TV as they can no longer get the part to replace it, so I'm now left with a TV I hate looking at and feel so angry they are still a Panasonic registered repairer. Please stay well clear!!!!!!

Bit worried when John. Lewis sent this company to look at my faulty tv because of the bad reviews on here.
My experience with them was good though.
Called me on the day to give a rough time of arrival then called again when they were half hour away. Very polite on arrival. Took the tv away and a few days later informed JL it was beyond repair who then refunded me
