I got my Xbox repaired here after struggling to find someone willing to do it. I was a bit hesitant because of some negative reviews, but my experience was completely different. Great service. Had a new charging port fitted. Once done the screen button wasn’t working. The manager (Awias I believe ) was very good and fixed the problem without quibbling. He wouldn’t accept payment even though he only had my word the button wasn’t working previously. Excellent service.

Seems to be under new management. Previous guy was great but the new one doesn’t seem to give a damn - could barely look up from his phone to talk to me. Took my iPad in for battery replacement which took 3 times longer than originally quoted and then they found another problem which apparently meant it had to be sent away for another week. Never ready when they said it would be, never rang to tell me it was finally ready and then they lost the case. No apology and I’m not holding my breath for a replacement. Very disappointed as I’ve used them many times in the past and the service was always great.
