I called about my Daughters IPhone 11 and its glitching screen. The problem was diagnosed and fixed very quickly at a competitive price. Very friendly service as well. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I used Dot Net Media to see if they could fix my phone. Can honestly say I wouldn't use anyone else. Martyn did a fantastic job and the turn around time was so quick from the moment I went into the shop!! The lady on the front desk is lovely too, nothing is to much hassle. 5 star service!!

I have to say my experience with this business has been no short then shocking. The screens are brittle, easily cracked, dim, flickering as well as bad quality. After nearly being scammed £5, I though I would brush it off. But one of these screens cracked purely because of the cold weather, absolutely shocking. I will be discouraging anybody who thinks about coming to this business for there own good.

Really nice guy, will give you lots of advice about your device and will make sure you know exactly what the issue is. Service was quick too and despite my laptop being beyond repair, he made sure no data was lost on it by not only giving me a USB with it on, but also showing me how to turn the hard drive into an external storage device
