The engineer did an excellent job of fixing my dishwasher within half an hour. Friendly customer service from both he and Jamie who called to arrange the service. Engineer came out very promptly and on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend and will use Repair Masters again.

Emailed to ask for a quote and responded very quickly. Arranged engineer after agreeing price with a view to fixing in one visit. Engineer came next day and I was very impressed. Replaced heating element of tall oven and had working again with 30 mins. Very pleased with service, would use again.

Repair person was quick to respond and come round. While they did get machine working they did not communicate the diagnosis to me at the time (needed an expensive new part) and I had to recontact them to ask why it still wasn't working properly. I would have like to be told on the day, not have to chase, and their customer service response was defensive and not good. I'd say do make sure you get some explanation from the engineer after they visit if you use them.

We manage a number of properties for landlords in London ... James at Repair Masters was extremely helpful and courteous at all times, even when I thought I'd made a mistake with ordering the wrong appliance :/. The delivery of the dishwasher (at great price I should add) was swift and fitting of new / removal of old machines carried out with no fuss or bother to our (now delighted) tenants ... did the job very nicely and we'll be using Repair Masters again for sure
