Subject: Beware of Repair-Network.co.uk: Unpaid Invoices
I am writing to warn others about my extremely negative experience with Repair-Network.co.uk. Despite providing Repair-Network.co.uk with quality services and timely invoices, I have been unable to receive payment for my work.
Repair-Network.co.uk has consistently ignored my inquiries and failed to fulfil their financial obligations. Their lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Repair-Network.co.uk to proceed with extreme caution, if at all.
I hope that sharing my experience will prevent others from falling victim to Repair-Network’s unethical business practices.

Phoned on 2 August to arrange repair. Asked if they were Bosch repair and was told yes. Paid £199 and told engineer would contact in 2 to five days. No phone call phone twice to be told engineer would phone, finally I was informed the engineer the engineer would call on 14 august. I said it wasn’t good enough and asked them to cancel and refund my £199. I was told to phone the direct line number. I explained the problem and complained about the service and requested a refund. I was informed it would take five days. Big joke I’m still waiting. I would definitely not recommend this company

I am a domestic appliance engineer and I have been doing jobs for Repair Network for a while, until they stopped paying my invoices. In total there are 17 unpaid invoices since last 3 months. Tried to call them, but a message says to email them, and I try emailing but no one replies back.

Avoid this company completely as they don't have their own engineers and rely on other companies to do job for them and they charge you a lot of money, when you can come directly to us for lower prices.

I am a one man self employed and rely on the amount coming in to survive. Shame on Repair Network that they don't even have courtesy to email or call me to explain.

They are getting a Small Claims Court letter now.

It has taken me a couple of weeks to calm down enough to write this review.
It took over 6 weeks to get a fridge freezer repaired through total incompetence.
After spending £300.00 for a guaranteed repair including parts we had issues from day 1.
Engineer 1 turned up eventually some two weeks after out call a payment. Diagnosed the fault and needed a part.
Engineer 2 turned up only after I phoned and asked what was happening as the company thought it had been fixed. He came out without parts and said he was only there to diagnose the problem. His diagnostics differed from engineer 1 and duly ordered the part or so I thought.
I chased up things after a couple of days and was told the part had not been ordered as we now had to pay another £275.00 for the new part as we have exhausted our original agreement value.
We paid this amount under duress but thought it would be worth it.
Engineer 3 turns up with the part which turned out to be wrong. We are now £500.00 worse off and still no fridge freezer after 6 weeks.
Engineer 3 said he knows the problem and has the part in the van. He took pity on us and replaced said part and all was well. The past cost £20.00 not £191.00 for the part they incorrectly ordered. Just as a side issue we explained to the company the fridge freezer was it my mother-in-law’s house who’s immobile due to an accident and this is apparently a priority service.
In short this company is rubbish , they have no organisation and according to the engineers that turned up do not directly employ engineers. All work is subcontracted.
I have missed out many phone calls we made between visits which if we had not made would have probably resulted in the fridge still not working.
We did get £100.00 back after we kicked off but it’s still poor value and disgusting service.
I am sure we will get the usual response that they seem to give on here but my advice is go somewhere else this company is poor at best.

An excellent experience. 1. Good response from Naz when I first called with clear explanation of my options; 2. Quick call back from local repair business (particularly appreciated as this was a Friday afternoon, the dryer having broken that morning) fixing an appointment for Monday morning, and confirming that they could schedule us for before 11am as we were going out; 3. Engineer arrived on Monday morning as promised and fixed the problem quickly. If we had gone with the manufacturer's repair option we would have had to wait another 8 days. Very satisfied.

I contacted this company in connection with the repair of the washing machine, it was necessary to replace the door gum and the drum. The site indicated that it was necessary to transfer £ 99 for a standard repair, and everything else after the arrival of the master. The master came a day later and said that the repair would be expensive and it might be easier to buy a new one. They promised to call back the next day with a quote. It's been 2 weeks and no one has called back. They called and they told us that they would call back, but no one called back. We replaced the washing machine and wanted to return the money, but we were told that a refund of funds transferred for repairs in this company is not provided, even 50%. The company may be good, someone is lucky, but what about those customers who paid only for the fact that a master came to them and said about replacing the device? why make customers wait a long time for a call? Household appliances are needed for convenience and comfort, and when they break down, you live all this time in discomfort and wait for a response from the company. After talking with the manager, there was a negative when he said that they could not return the money. Do I pay for air? This is the real scam. Avoid doing business with this company!!!!!

Absolute shambles. I paid the money and despite contacting them 3 times and being assured I would be contacted by an engineer never was. I demanded a refund and am about to contact them as 4 weeks later it has not been paid. I would suggest that you avoid them at all cost. I'm not sure if this has been down to incompetence or fraudulent behavior on their part.

I booked to have the glass replaced on my hob. The team you speak to are really friendly but there it ends. The 1-3 day quote is a joke, I paid £135 for a guy to eventually come out to tell me my glass was cracked…. Genius, he said the network would get back to me within a day or so to sort out the repair. They didn’t so I rang them, they couldn’t give me any information then so said they’d ring back - they didn’t! Following day I rang again to be told they’d look into it and ring me back, I hung on to be told the repair would take 10 to 12 weeks!! I’ve contacted a local guy who is fixing it on Friday, should have tried him first!
