From the beginning, I was suspicious of the price they told me it would cost for a replacement charging port part in my computer and it would take a month for the part to arrive from China. They even said they wouldn't replace both ports. When I said no I'll just take the laptop back, they came back a few minutes later saying they miraculously have the part. Again I said no, and they said that they would do it for a different price than they originally offered. It went from £80 first then to £120, £80 again and last £60. Then they came back again and insisted and even when they gave me my device back, they said to REALLY think about it for the last price they said and that the part is really hard to find, which funnily enough I found the part online for less than £10 in two minutes. I personally think if a customer says no for the first time, just give me the device back. Don't try pushing different prices at me and trying to potentially scam me. If you're truly a reputable shop, you wouldn't be so persistent and pushy. Do not recommend.

I went in for a MacBook Pro diagnosis as the battery was no longer holding a charge and would shut off when disconnected from wall power. The guys were very helpful and responsive, answering any queries I had. Turned out I needed a battery replacement. Fantastic service and quick turnaround!

Excellent service, very quick, replaced my phone screen which had failed. Would recommend this company. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Easy parking around the back of the shop. Just register your car number in the shop for free parking for patrons.10/10

Went to have my Macbook Air screen repaired. On the 5th day after having the screen fixed, it went completely black and stopped working while I was using it. I had 2 witnesses by my side to see it happen, as I was showing a presentation.

When I returned to Repair Zone, the customer service was highly unprofessional. No matter how frustrated the customer is, you don't gaslight them and say that you don't know what they did for the screen to break again. That's what irritated me the most.

I had to look for an Apple approved shop that fixed the screen; their customer service was professional and my screen is still working up to now. Unfortunately, I wasted time at Repair Zone and got what I paid for.

What a brilliant, friendly efficient, reasonably priced service I received today! I was in bits after my iphone broke down completely. I control everything from business access, to bank cards to leisure activities through my device and hadn't back it up! The phone was repaired, working perfectly and back in my pocket in 30mins! Really helpful and friendly chap who I can not recommend enough, thank you so much! All friends, colleagues and family will be sent your way without hesitation!

Wouldn’t recommend, took my PlayStation to repair and they told me it would take a few days. Never got back to me and I had to keep calling them regarding updates. They then informed me the are waiting for my PlayStation to be delivered and I didn’t even know my PlayStation left their store. after nearly 2 weeks of giving them the PlayStation I thought it was resolved and when I went to the store to collect, I realised they gave me someone else’s PlayStation and my PlayStation was not in store. Then had to wait another day for my PlayStation and once I got home with my actual PlayStation, IT DIDNT TURN ON. Then brought back to the shop and they eventually fixed it. Took just under 3 weeks for my PlayStation to be returned to me when told it would take a few days. Never going back again. UPDATEDSince you now want to lie and gaslight me in your response, here’s a screenshot of my confirmation ticket with, you guys. So I most certainly didn’t put a review at the wrong shop. Went to the store so many times I can’t forget the name. Instead of trying to lie and gaslight your customers, how about u take this review as a tool to sort out your poor customer service 👍🏾

Wouldn’t give a single star. The Apple Watch that was given to repair for a screen display was ripped out and called us only to charge more money for their mistake! At least the watch was in working condition before going to their hands! Highly unprofessional . Stay away!
Got a reply after 2 months from the owner! clearly the watch was mishandled by your professionals! anyways i sent it to Apple and got it repaired by its professionals. now its in tiptop condition.

Took a dead iPhone into the store late afternoon… within an hour I received a phone call advising of cost involved.. upon approval of the quote the phone was repaired within the hour.. was impressed with the store communication, both over the phone and in person. Collected phone which is now in fully working order. Would definitely use the services again should the need arise in the future and will definitely recommend the repair zone to others.
