These guys are the best. It's unnerving being without the computer for a few days, and I had every confidence in Satya and Dave. They provided a new keyboard and track pad within two working days and provided a pick up and delivery service. They were also available and transparent, which relieved my computer-separation anxiety. Warning: don’t trust Repaird with your computer. I needed the operating system reinstalled on my laptop. They’ve had it for 10 days and still haven’t even started. When I told them today that I wanted my laptop back so I can take it elsewhere they argued with me, blamed me, and did not accept their responsibility for not emailing or texting me. Now I don’t even know if I’ll ever get my laptop back from these scammers!

I had taken my gaming laptop to probably 4 different places to get the motherboard fixed. It seems they have done the impossible! The laptop was collected from me and taken to their workshop. They said it would probably take about 3 weeks to fix it as the parts were hard to get.
