Went in just over a month ago after my phone wouldn't turn on suddenly one afternoon. They managed to look at my phone within an hour of me calling up and diagnose the issue. Turned out to be a simple fix, so they were kind enough to not charge any money for the repair, just the initial diagnostic, which was great. Fast service, really honest expectation management and excellent customer service. Would thoroughly recommend!

Went in to try and fix the unlock button on my current phone or unlock my old. EE had quoted £80 to fix it, and would have to leave it with them for the afternoon. Fixed in less than 20 mins and not even half the price!! Super helpful and kind.

I took my phone in today to see what could be done to it. I got good advice and was shown what the problem was with my phone. A little over 40 minutes my phone was fixed. Whilst I was in the shop I asked what I needed to be able to charge my phone in the car. The owner gave me options but he suggested a brilliant charger and lead so I could leave this in the car and got me a lead to charge my phone at home. He also suggested I got a screen protector fitted to protect my phone. The service and advice and the price was all very good. I shall use resolution tech again. Many thanks Jason from Aldi.

Excellent service received from Tony. Originally came in with a broken phone screen and he helped me identify other issues with my phone even though he was going on holiday the next day. He explained my options and went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed about the steps I could take. Highly recommend and would definitely visit again if needed.
