I had my first session with Faye today. She is so knowledgeable and thorough, it was brilliant to have an hour with her. The initial assessment focused on everything possible, this was so reassuring. She is super positive and it was a great session! The room was lovely and welcoming, I am looking forward to my next session. Would highly recommend.

I went to see Faye with a bad back and was really impressed with the diagnostic session she did which was very thorough. I came away understanding my body more, clear on some changes I had to make and with a physio exercise plan. She was expert and approachable and very good at explaining how the body works. Highly recommend.

My first visit to Faye’s practice went very well. Faye thoroughly explains why and which muscles should be doing what/where as she asks for a certain stretch or movement whilst doing her assessment, making it very easy to understand. I went for help & advice for what I believed to be the problem area, but Faye explained the knock on effect of me attempting to avoid pain in one place but it having a painful and profound effect somewhere else, which Faye worked on. At first contact it was very painful, but eventually the pain subsided and I started to experience ease and much less pain.
I came away with insoles which will help aid correct alignment and even gait, and given exercises to do at home, with a future appointment to re-assess.

I was really impressed with Faye at Restore Recover Physiotherapy. First time I’ve had a Physiotherapist do such an in-depth background health check and physical hands-on examination. Faye explained her diagnosis and treatment plan and was really friendly in answering the questions I had. The session gave me a boost and the treatment plan has made me feel that I have a great chance of becoming pain free. I would definitely recommend Faye if you are looking for a physiotherapist who is knowledgeable, listens, friendly and takes their time in involving you in the treatment plan.
