I highly recommend Richard and his team. Richard gave really helpful and honest advice which helped us make sense of the multitude of heating options available. He listened to our requirements and concerns and came up with a plan that suited us perfectly at a very fair price. The lead time was shorter than we had anticipated which was a bonus.
When it came to completing the installation Richards team couldn’t have been more efficient and went out of their way to cause as little disruption as possible. They continually updated us regarding their progress and we couldn’t be more delighted with the result.

This job was for a new boiler/upgrade for an Oil fuelled system. Richard and his lads fit this job in for my uncle who needs his place warm due to health issues.
From the initial visit, everything was explained as to the order of works etc. their quote was swiftly sent that same day and booked in within the week (so grateful for that!). Everything went to plan...clean and tidy work all the way through...you'd hardly know they'd been! At the end of the job, Richard patiently explained how the settings worked - very user friendly,... (my uncle is 83) and explained how he would complete all the formalities/registration...which meant we knew he would be leaving nothing for the customer to have to do and all for peace of mind .......
Also, ......This was amazing too.......Richard even went back to my Uncle's, the next day and the day after, to ensure all was working as expected and that my uncle was managing the controls!....this shows just how much care and attention comes from this company! Excellent service, wasn’t a massive job and we were struggling to get anyone to help, but RGW were excellent came and looked at our leaking tap and horrendous new build botched plumbing job Christmas week, explained to us the work needing doing to re plumb and get a new kitchen tap fitted, and advised that he would be back a couple days after Christmas to sort. Been today and done a great job, we are so happy with the work as the tap has been dripping none stop for months and the plumbing previously done here meant we didn’t even have an isolator in case of emergencies. Would recommend to everyone!
