RKH went above and beyond for me and my family last week; the clutch on my car went and they were able to fit me in at short notice and had the repair done really quickly so that I had it back for the weekend. I had a very disappointing experience with RKH service. I took my Audi A4 in for a starter motor issue, and not only did they charge me an excessive amount, but they also failed to return my old motor, even though I specifically asked for it.

The lack of transparency and poor customer service left me feeling frustrated and ripped off. When I questioned them about the missing part, they gave vague responses and showed no concern for resolving the issue.

I expected a professional service but left feeling like I had been taken advantage of. I won’t be returning and would advise others to be cautious if considering RKH for repairs.

Really helpful people. They give a quick quote for fixing the broken exhaust flexi part. Actually this issue was reported by a MOT centre, who quoted very high almost around £700. But RKH’s quote was super helpful(£175). And they fixed the all issues including rear break pads change and MOT. All done for £339.

I have had numerous problems with garages over the years until I came across RKH Service & Repair. From start to finish the garage provided me with the assistance I needed following misleading and awful service from their competitor down the road. RKH was able to provide me with a reasonably priced quotation, dealt with the repair to a high standard and have retained a new customer. The car has never performed as good as it is performing at present, and my fuel efficiency has increased by ~50% following their repair work.
