I had a watch project in mind, and I've approached the shop to see if it was possible to realize it. Robert took the challenge with all the caveat of the case as it is an undocumented movement and no guarantees of success.
After a week, he rang me back, clearly explaining works done and possible alternatives and solutions.
Very fair prices and high level of expertise.
I'll definitely come back with my next watch to repair. Thank you! 😊

I don't do many reviews as I never feel I get service very often that warrents spending my time doing one. This was different, I own a watch which is the most important thing I own due to it being crushed into my hand when my dad was dying. I wear it every day and you can tell as it was looking it's age with numerous dents and scratches.I took it to a well known watch repair place, left it with them and was quoted a ridiculous amount to repair so left it as I couldn't afford it. I was recommended to contact Robert and have been blown away by the service and quality of repair,,,it looks like a new watch !! Pat looked after me and kept me updated and it's half the price I was quoted previously. I will be recommending Robert to everyone I know with a watch, if you've got a watch that is sentimentally important to you let Robert look at it, you won't be disappointed with price or the quality of work carried out. Can't recommend highly enough !

I recently purchased a watch online that unfortunately arrived faulty/not working! I made contact with Robert A Jones to enquire if it would be a cheaper option for them to have a look, rather then paying for return postage overseas! I popped into their shop and fortunately for me they fixed the issue in 10 mins and charged me less then it would cost to post it back to original seller. A very friendly, professionally and trust worthy company. I will use again and would highly recommend. Very happy indeed
