I've avoided dental check-ups for years due to poor previous experiences, but I finally realised I had to get checked out after suffering ongoing pain and ultra sensitivity with a number of teeth. My anxiety levels were palpable on my first visit but Mudasin explained everything clearly and immediately made me feel secure in his care. I've since returned twice to have an extraction and two fillings and he and Rosie have both continued to be wonderful, caring and professional; Rosie has held my hand although the treatment I've received has been painless. (Not all heroines wear capes!) I can confidently confirm that I no longer have 'dentist anxiety' and feel relieved that I've finally found a dental practice and team I can trust. My young daughter has attended the clinic today on her own for an emergency appointment ( 45.00 ) charge which was explained and she agreed.
She was then told she needed antibiotics which would cost an extortionate amount of £50.00. she asked why so much as prescription are £9.50 and was told its there charge. So she paid it she felt under pressure and is not confrontation at all. Taking advantage of a young girl is in excuse able in my eyes. How can this be correct ? Do not use this dentist ! unless you want to be ripped off.

The dentist was very helpful and VERY skilled. While my previous dentist was unable to extract my teeth properly (breaking two of three in the process and leaving bits still in my gums), Mudasser the dentist at Robinhood was extremely skilled in pulling out both of my teeth fully, even though one of them had an three routes rather than usual two. Great people, great work! God bless you and your team. PS: The practice calls you a day before the appointment to remind you ... very helpful.

Thank you Mudassir and Tammy - what a great experience and breath of fresh air compared to my previous dental practice. Polite, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly effective. I was seen as an emergency patient with an infected wisdom tooth. It was diagnosed quickly and within an hour removed. I cannot thank you enough as the tooth was expertly removed and I’m now pain free. I can highly recommend this dental practice.

I made an emergency appointment as I had severe pain with my crown (fitted by another dentist) turns out it was infected, loose and ill fitted. The best option was to have it removed. Now, I'm one of the most petrified people at a dental practice, but I can honestly say, the dentist (whose name I didn't get) was so understanding, calming and caring. He reassured me throughout the procedure and within 30 minutes it was all done. I'm now happily pain free. 100% recommendation for this practice. Thank you 😊 👍
