Excellent service and very competitively priced. Due to the high demand for their expertise and the labour intensive nature of their work there is a waiting list of many months for major repairs. You can either leave your clock with them or elect to book your clock in but keep it at home until they contact you. I took the former option and they contacted me to inform me that my Vienna wall clock was ready for collection in mid August 2024, six weeks ahead of schedule.
They are very knowledgeable, friendly and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I recently took my tag heuer Monaco wristwatch to be repaired by the chaps at Rosemary & Time. Although the repair i needed doing wasn’t something they’d normally do they kindly said that they’d have a look and see if they could fix it. Which they did, and fixed it. It now Works perfect! I can’t recommend Rosemary & Time.
