After taking a very high BP reading, was advised to go to chemist immediately for a second test - a very rude pharmacist refused point blank as they were too busy (it was close to closing, inconveniently for them I guess) and suggested I try again the next day....!

Having literally just called at 5.20pm to check what time they closed and to ask whether or not they had childrens ibuprofen and saying I would dash down, arrived at 5.27, and all the staff were literally walking out of the door. I asked about the ibuprofen to be told to try Londis down the road. Whilst I can appreciate that I arrived very close to closing time surely if you have called ahead and been told you are open till 5.30pm then staff shouldn't be walking out the door before that? Very poor customer service and one very let down mummy.
