Colin has been helping us over the past 5 years or so. He services our boiler each year, has helped with numerous plumbing jobs, and has also undertaken larger projects, such as fitting a wet room last summer. Colin and his team are reliable, work to a very high standard and we are always happy with their work and the cleanliness of the place afterwards! Colin even went the extra mile this Christmas, by helping one of my elderly clients, very short notice, who had no hot water and heating during that really cold spell. RPH have just converted my open vent system boiler to a Vogue Max C32 boiler. The work required removing the tanks in the loft, hot water cylinder and redundant pipes; and installing the new boiler, horizontal flue and new pipes. Also needed was cleaning the whole system and programming a new smart thermostat. In addition a shelf was re-installed in the "airing cupboard" and flooring made good. RPH did an excellent job - highly skilled and experienced, very reliable and trustworthy, punctual, and unusually good at explaining the mysteries of heating and plumbing systems to me, who has little understanding of how it all works. They also took away all the debris and left the house and outside clean and tidy. All in all a five star experience and I recommend RPH for any heating or plumbing related works - I've been a client of theirs for over 2 years and have always received excellent customer care even though they are very busy.

Fantastic service with a smile. They come highly recommended and I now know why!

I've just recently had RPH around again for a few more jobs. They did a very tricky instalation for a replacement shower valve that involved carefully removing some tiles, filling the void and re-tiling and grouting.

They didn't break a single tile, and you would never know that it has been replaced. Also did a great job of replacing a rusting radiator and also fixed our main radiator that was not heating up properly. All warm now!!
