Excellent service here, Clive refused payment for checking out my old Bose because he said he hadn't done anything - he'd run it on his test bench for 24 hours! I did pay him for the new lead, but only after arguing, bless him, and he even brought the Bose back to me because I have a damaged Achilles tendon. "Above and beyond" hardly touches it.

Pat came to our house this week. He arrived on time, he changed our ariel socket retuned the TV and recorder for us.
Very pleasant, clean worker who even removed his shoes.

We are very pleased with the recent work undertaken by this company for us. Patrick came out soon after our enquiry, did a survey of the work needed and gave us an acceptable quote for the work to be done. He carried out the fitting of the new aerial efficiently., offered good advice on freeview tv, neatly wall mounted a TV complete with tidy cable trunking and white cable. He has a friendly, polite manner .

I've used these guys for TV repairs, hanging and trunking TVs, and repairs to my CCTV system. They are always really helpful and just generally lovely! Nothing is too much trouble. Reasonably priced as well. It really does pay to use local trades and I'd recommend anyone to use them rather than bigger named companies that are always over priced anyway

This company are simply fantastic in terms of customer service. Our experience was that having failed to get anyone to take an interest in repairing my TV set these guys came out the same day bearing in mind I live in Stafford which is some 8 miles from their base in Rugeley. They took my set away as it couldn’t be repaired on site and without being asked gave mea loan set so that we had a tv over Christmas as all this happened 2 days before the holiday. They liaised with us through the whole process and gave us a detailed breakdown of the repair costs which we decide were non economical in the circumstances and taking into account the age of our old set. We eventually bought a tv from them and to summarise I can’t speak highly enough about Rugeley TV and would highly recommend them.View less
