Russell was responsive to the emails even replying on an evening which I didn’t expect at all. He gave me a time frame and date and rough price which was reasonable and even called when he was on his way.

He was friendly and professional, quickly fixing the dryer ahead of the winter months, which was a huge relief and even took the time to explain the issues behind what had gone wrong.

I can’t recommend him enough, if I ever have issues with another appliance I will use him without a doubt.

Fantastic. Our washing machine tripped out the electrics. On the morning Russell was coming over, I tried it one last time in the socket, and it didn't trip, he cancelled his visit with an hours notice and no charge. Very much appreciated!

Really friendly. Came to house and solved a problem we would never have alone. We had been quoted over £100 from the dishwasher manufacture but Russell charged £35. He invited us to call if we had any issues and took his time to explain how the appliance worked (we had never had it working)

Called Russell on Sunday was here on Monday. ..ordered parts for machine straight away..came back Tuesday machine up and running! !! very good service and so much cheaper than others would charge..would highly recommend very nice person...thank you one happy customer. .
