Really good outfit. Second time using them as first time was a good experience. This time the cost of repair would have made the repair not worth it - rather than repair and charge me a lot of money, they were 100% straight and honest with me and recommended I buy a new laptop instead. It's this level of honesty and professionalism which must attribute to their 5 star rating. I would strongly recommend them and will go back to them if I need more help in the future with computer repair.

My laptop suffered a broken CPU fan. Sabre Solutions were very quick and efficient in getting it back up and running in no time. The new part was identified, ordered and replaced within a couple of days and at a very good price.

I'm pleased to recommend Sabre Solutions and will have no hesitation in going straight to them, should I need to, in the future.

Would 100% recommend Martin and his team at sabre solutions. They resolved my issues with my broken laptop needing replacement ( which was needed urgently due to being a student with assignment deadlines!) and were extremely efficient and quick with the service provided. They give me daily updates and kept me in loop with everything, very friendly and so helpful as well as follow up phonecalls to check all was okay and I was happy with everything . Cannot thank them enough with making a stressful time that bit easier ! Thank you so much again.

I had a problem with my pc booting so I gave Martin a quick message, within the minute he gave me a call and starting diagnosing the issue, I have built computers before so my inability to get the pc to boot made me lose some confidence, Martin not only helped me find the solution but he also reassured me in my own knowledge and taught me some extra details. I cannot remember sabre solutions enough, not just great customer service but also a great person to speak to.

Following the demise of my laptop Sabre solutions were awesome advising and acquiring the perfect laptop for me, including all transfer of data and support from Martin to help set up to my preferences.

My PC crashed following a power cut on a Monday and Sabre Solutions were able to tell me what damage had occurred on the same day. I had to upgrade to Windows 11 and decided to save the expense of a repair and put that money towards a new PC which they built for me. They saved my data and restored it to the new computer and I was up and running by Friday.
The service was great and I would certainly use them again. It was refreshing to deal with a company that did what they said they would do and in good time.
