Horrible. I do not recommend them. I paid 180 GBP and they replaced two pieces in my laptop but the problem persisted. I went there so many times that by now I could've bought a new laptop with train fares that cost me to go there. It has been 4 months of and still my laptop isn't fixed, they take a looooong time as well every time I take it. Avoid them at all cost.

phone screen got smashed. Went to these guys again. All sorted 2.5 days. Reasonable price as always. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Fantastic ! Called ahead to ensure they could help. Very helpful over phone. 1 week before my holiday i cracked my phone camera glass! Arrived on a busy Saturday and callum and his colleague fixed my phone in just over an hour at incredibly reasonable price!

I won't be going anywhere else now. Couldn't fault them! Well done and thank you 👌👍👏👏

Some of their staff is not very professional. I recently had my battery changed and was told that it would come with a 90-day warranty. I went back to them after a month and told them that the new battery wasn't working properly and they told me that I would have to leave the phone with them for a few days for testing. I told them that I couldn't do that because I need my phone every day and the member of staff who was serving me smirked and said "It is what it is". Not very professional of him.

0 if possible. Appalling communication, costs too much, and the phone still doesn't work properly.
I took my phone in for a broken screen and didn't get it back for two weeks.
I called for an update and was told that they found 'something' broken so it would take longer, and I had to pay for that fix.
Paying for faulty repairs.
Constant buzzing in my phone and the screen doesn't respond well to touch.
