How to describe that service ?
I came to guy at 9.00 o clock how it is display on google and find out that he ate breakfast right now so He ask me to wait another 20 minutes. According to him I should to calling to him before I came but I didnt find any information on google about phone appointment.I came to him cos my windows go broke down ( blue screen dont boot) and told him If he going to reinstall windows I just want to save all the file that I got on partition C. I even propose gave him portable SSD to copy/past all those files. He says dont worry I will copy file on my portable SSD and later past everything back. Simple like than. It found later that he can screw up even that simple think. And what he done later it outrages. When I back to home I found out that somewhere disappear around 50 GB data from C partition and Zbrush projects. The Expert considered that after reinstall windows I will have to reinstall software like maya, zbrush, photoshop, substance painter again anyway. So he decide himself without my permission ( cos he know better) to delete all those software anyway. Unfortunately besides software some projects from Zbrush was also save on folder in partition C ( inside zbrush). So this old lunatic delete 12 gb of my zbrush project. Also later I found that from desktop has disappeared some shortcut not only for file/ software from partition C but also for partition for disk D. Fortunately for me our expert leave them inside of bin so at least I can recovered them. Conclusion.
If you dont want to lose your data after reinstallation windows I recommended you stay away from this old lunatic. If you like to reinstall windows and lose your projects for 40£ believe me you can do this alone. Cos after reinstall windows you dont know what this guy will decide to do with your data.
Also I gave my switch joycon and ask nicely if he can unscrew screw. Cos screw looks worn out and I got problem with that. Of course he also screw up that and also additionally for free destroy plastic around. Another damage from expert.
