I bought a WiFi printer from Currys but had multiple issues with connecting it via WiFi, partly because of employers' laptop security settings. Employer's IT couldn't help. Saras Fix had an affordable call out, and only charged for the work itself if it everything got fixed. They came within the day, at the agreed time and also advised I could use the fax connection point for a cable rather than rely on (dodgy) WiFi. A few days later I had some issues with a PDF. Turns out that the initial payment to Saras Fix includes follow up for the same issue for another three months. Again, same day service. No extra charge, everything now working, and one very happy customer. Thanks so much Saras Fix!

Junaid was really helpful. The phone screen had stopped working and he was able to replace it in 30 min. Cost £89 for a brand new one.
Shop is nestle on the side. Very friendly and wore a shirt which is always a nice professional touch

Sarafix / computer experts”

I repaired my laptop here and was not only overcharged, but my Hard-drive was stolen.. also they tried to overcharge me for bits that they broke after i came to collect it! Be weary as they profit from you if your knowledge for computers and laptops are low. + many more scams .. The technician- Junaid Syed although i dont know the name of the person who upscaled me. But a complete Scam business. Should have attention from authorities

Came in and sent my gaming laptop for repair because it kept getting BSOD.

I was greeted by the two friendliest siblings Junaid and Jawad. They were able to repair my device and did not up charge me for the part that they replaced while only charging for labour.

They updated me throughout the process of the repairs and even went to an extent to repair it a second time completely free of charge when I was facing issues.

Highly recommend this shop if you are looking to repair your devices. The shop may be a bit difficult to find but do look out for the sign by St george's church and it will lead you into a side entrance of the building.

This is definitely the best phone repair shop I have ever seen. I had a problem with a 12 year old Windows phone that nobody wanted to touch. Saras Fix repaired it, ordered a missing part in China and it works like new.
These people are highly competent and very experienced. They really want to help. This is by far the best service I've ever had. They also do computers, and after seen them working, I wouldn't go anywhere else. BTW the final bill was £10.00, that's all. Saras Fix was amazing.
