What a legend. Had problem with my bike and took it in on Saturday. Took 10 seconds and diagnosed the issue as cassette needed changing. He said, may get it fixed towards the end of the day but likely Monday. I could not come go back due work until the following Saturday. He rearranged other appoinments and fixed it same day. His charges were so reasonable, I was amazed. Excellent job.

Extremely rude. Do not go here if you have respect for yourself. Was very rude as soon as I entered . I've come before and he has been OK. Slightly rude but I attributed that to him being a bit of an oddball. He gave a price and was questioning how I managed to pop the tyre. Making small remarks to me basically being an idiot. However I let it slide as I have been before and hes been OK. At the end the persorn who's bike it was asked me to ask him if he could lower the price from 36 to 35. he snatched the quote out of my hand and told me he's not doing the job now. Extremely rude. I normally give everyone a chance however he has some problem needs help asap

Awful customer service! Refused to provide service and sell the 2nd hand bike after politely asking if price could be lowered. The Male seller said 'I'm not joking' and that he cant lower the price. He completely refused sell the bike even after immediately apologising and stating that I'm willing to pay the full price!!

bike gears were slipping and the pedals made a knocking noise. All sorted . Excellent job . No nonsense advice straight to the point . Highly recommend for bike repairs

It has now been almost a year since I took my bike in here with a fault believing it just required a service.

Upon explaining this to the proprietor, he explained that the cause was unlikely to be due a lack of servicing and that I'd be better off replacement a few components at a fraction of the price .

The work was carried out quickly, and at a more than reasonable price and I have had no further issues since.

I have subsequently returned and bought accessories, again on the recommendation of the proprietor, who is very much more interested in ensuring his customers have the correct product, instead of making a quick buck.

If you want a good, honest traditional bike shop - look no further!

Not being very bike savy, I brought my bike in for a repair on the brakes, the owner looked at it there and then and within 5 minutes repaired the bike. When it came to the bill he did it for free. Top man. Top service.

Excellent Service! Quality Customer Service!

Took my daughter's bike in after buying second hand on FB Marketplace place and he identified the issue with a part on the brake and quickly fixed it and is good as new. Educated us on things we never knew! Will be back for any other bike related stuff as received excellent workmanship and excellent fair price!
