Usual selection of items as anyone who uses the chain will know. Staff were helpful and friendly, had some good deals too. A good store and a great local resource.

Overall ok, they've removed the paper books to find your item before going to the till, and not loaded the touch screen tablets as yet so you have to awkwardly wait at the till.
Will be better no doubt when things are working properly.

I went in today looking for a specific product that I really needed on a time sensitive basis. Although they didn’t have it in stock, and I’d have had to order it for next day, they could see my need, did a search and directed me to another place that had it in stock. Didn’t have to do that, very kind. You saved my project and earned my loyalty. See you next time I need something. You’ll be my first port of call.

Very impressed! The store was due to close at 5pm. Ordered at 4.45pm and received text confirmation in less than a minute. Collected just before store closing. Lilly at the Andover store was very helpful. All done in less than 20 minutes. Wickes didn't manage this within 6 hours!
