I’m really disappointed with this store, the staff are rude and some are racist. I took my Milwaukee M18 combi drill with the set to the store because the gear was playing up. The member of staff wasn’t welcoming and was not talking politely. I was really angry with the way he was handling my drill and he was putting the battery back on incorrectly and was using too much force. I told him to stop and pass it to me so I can put it back on myself and pack it back in the box carefully and close it so it gets sent off for repair but no, he carried on ignoring me and was also shutting my box with force which wasn’t closed properly and was bulging out which can destroy the shape of the moulding even when I told him. If I receive it damaged, as I customer I am expecting a whole kit replacement if any damage has been done to my tools.
