I paid for a item at ince and asked if I could pick it up at hindley tomorrow as it's a next day delivery I was told yes no problems
The day later I went to hindley to find out it was delivered to Ince making me drive in a different direction
I was told by staff it would not be a issue and not delivering on what was promised not good

Brilliant place shop part a bit small but I mostly click and collect. Wish there was more stuff on display inside. Sometime online shopping doesn't have the effect of holding the goods in your hand and making a decision on what you see and feel. Apart from that staff are very helpful and have never got any of my orders wrong . Rating it 4 stars because of the display and shop size.

Used this branch since it opened, friendly staff. 95% of the time have what I want or suggest a different product to complete a task that I never knew existed and cheaper sometimes. My first port of call before any large chain DIY stores, ScrewFix good value for money even though it can be cheaper than its parent company ? Selling the same items and brand. Cheers

Awful! After the store being closed in rovin Park with no warning,I had to go to Ince for some flexi conduit. I've has issues with my card so couldn't make a payment however I had 7 pounds in credit. The store wouldn't credit me the remaining 80p for me to compete My job! The store manager was rude zero help and jusr an all round difficult person. Horrible store!

Good staff. Young lad who served me at around 8pm was helpful, quick and nice. Sped up the process because he was competent, which is good because I was in a hurry.
