Excellent job! My oven is good to go and the engineer was very quick and very polite. He found the missing sockets for me too, hidden behind a drawer.

Absolute rubbish.
Had an appointment booked for 19th November that was cancelled and rescheduled to today, 22nd November. on 12th November.
We were told that a text would be sent the evening before, confirming the time slot. A text was sent, but it just said that an engineer would be coming today, it didn't confirm a time slot like they said it would.
Today at 08:25 we get a text to say that they have had to cancel the appointment due to engineer sickness. This may be true, but couple this with the first cancellation, not confirming the time slot and the other experiences that people have had, and I would suggest to avoid this company.
UPDATE: The revised appointment for tomorrow has just been cancelled and rescheduled for a week tomorrow. Absolute shambles. I really don't know how they stay in business.

So far the company is awful keeps changing appointments without even checking if I can do them. Twice I phoned to ask to keep original date which was the 18th. 8.30pm I received a text to say they changed to tomorrow date instead of Wednesday which I can not do and my time slots between 8 and 10.30am which makes getting hold of the company's tricky. The customer service is shocking if I could give zero stars I would

If I could rate zero I would! i’m absolutely disgusted with this Service
Booked a repeat for between Christmas and new year which a few days later was cancelled and re booked on a day I couldn’t do, so when I called to re arrange they moved it to the end of January.. took that day off from work and stayed in, called up to find out what time they would be with me at about 12:30 and was told between 10.35 -13.35… didn’t show at all…. 67 calls on that day someone finally answered and said the engineer was here at 12… but I called at 12.30?! So again was rebooked!
Today is the 7/2/2024 and took ANOTHER day off work. Called early to find out a rough time was told 10.11-13.11 (weird times but ok) and asked if I would like the engineer to call before which I jumped yes at!! I again stayed home all day.. surprise surprise I’m sat here at 15.26 another 28 calls a girl answered finally! To then ‘put me on hold to find out’ had that dreadful hold music for less than 2 minuets and she then out the phone down.
I now am calling again and have a TOTALLY different hold with an automated woman telling me I’m basically at the back of the queue!

The company is a shambles! Avoid at all costs and if you’re a domestic and general customer, save the money each month and pay a reliable trustworthy engineer!
