The last thing you need just before Christmas is the cooker oven failing. But that’s just what happened to us this year. We called Charlie, not really expecting him to come out on Christmas Eve, but he did, and was able to provid us with a quick fix for Christmas.
But what we liked most was the service, he only charge an extra £7 for coming out on Christmas Eve (which we thought was reasonable), he rang before he came and told us what time he would arrive....... and did ! He explained what he was doing and the problems we might encounter if we replaced parts in the future (given the age of the cooker and lack of ease in any subsequent fix ). We found him to be an honest and efficient trader and will have no problem recommending him to friends and neighbours.
