Huge appreciation to Shefftech for going above and beyond for my partner’s Nintendo switch. Initially needed a screen replacement but then discovered the WiFi chip has failed, Shefftech didn’t give up no matter what problem the switch had and used every skill to replace the parts and components needed to get it working again. They are so friendly and kind and incredibly professional, giving me many options and choices and fixing the switch at a brilliant price. I paid £250 for a Bluetooth speaker and it never worked properly and now I have to take them to a small claims court to get my money back I had it for 10 days not knowing that it was faulty I took it back and they said it is good

Absolutely wonderful service, we just popped in hoping you could help, it was near to closing time, so I wasn't expecting a same day repair.
The issue with our device was diagnosed within minutes and fixed within the hour for what I thought was a really reasonable price, weeks later and the device is still running beautifully, post repair, thank you a really top class service.
This is the first time we have used Shefftech, after going to many other places (kids = regular occurrences of faulty devices) in the city over the years, where after a repair there are always issues or the device doesn't run the same.
