Absolutely Amazing service from these guys! I was really stuck after damaging my laptop with water, I went to an apple Genius Bar, and they looked at it for 5 minutes and told me they couldn’t help me in anyway and it would be so expensive to fix that it would be better to buy a new one. So as a last resort I went to Shoreditch Repairs after seeing their great reviews online. Luckily, they were able to completely fix my laptop and also retrieve my data for a very reasonable price!

Been to this store multiple times to fix my apple devices. The service (especially from Jo) is beyond outstanding. We have now traded a laptop, repair our iPhones multiple times, and gotten an iPad which we are very happy with.

Highly recommended apple service. I dropped my macbook pro on the floor the other day - startup error and no hd detection. Came in mid day today, took 5min, very kind and professional lady - received a call 4pm that it's fixed and ready for collection. Five stars service and honest pricing.

It’s good to have access to — and financially support — an independent Apple dealership, offering personal service and a good deal more, such as fair prices, top-notch repair work and good tech advice, all without the feeling of being swallowed up by the sometimes overwhelming atmosphere at a “bright lights, big city” Apple store, where it’s easy to be seduced into buying more tech than you may eventually need. Whether or not you are clear about what you want, you will find worthwhile and sustainable tech solutions here, as well as a reliable outlet to recycle your redundant tech products. Would 100% recommend this place. Super kind and excellent service. I dropped my macbook air and they fixed it within 24 hours at the lowest cost they could. They don’t make you pay for anything they try and doesn’t work. Feel so grateful to Joe!
