Went in for issues with my laptop, they didn't fix the issue told us they did a "full service". Issue persisted and they told us it was a problem with the cabling of the buildings we were in.

So I guess that the plugs at several different locations which work for other devices are broken. I asked them this and they said that that was definitely the problem.

Several other problems they "fixed" have not been fixed and arguably got worse since then. I do not recommend them at all.

These guys are rip off merchants! Went in and the charging cable snapped off in my laptop asked them if they could get it out they said no chance would be £169 and would take 5 days! Went down to home street to HEX the guy got it out in two minutes and only charged £25 so I recommend them over these rip off merchants!

I collected my Mac laptop today from SimplyFix, and I wanted to share my experience. The issue was that the laptop displayed a restricted sign and required an update, which I couldn’t manage myself as I’m new to using Mac laptops. The laptop is second-hand, and while the company I bought it from provided some instructions, I was unable to follow them successfully.
I took it to SimplyFix, and while they resolved the issue, they charged me £150 just for running an update. I understand that expertise costs money, but £150 for an update feels excessive. When I mentioned this to them, they justified the price by stating they deal with £3000 laptops. However, I couldn’t see how that was relevant to my second-hand laptop, which doesn’t even cost £1000.
This experience left me feeling disappointed and upset. While I accept that it was my decision to leave the laptop with them, I believe they could have reduced the price once they identified the issue. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this shop in the future.

These guys are incredible. A careless accident by me broke a USB stick that stored over 20 years of work. I thought it was lost forever until these guys saved the day. I cannot recommend them enough.

Simple fixit didn't fix it. Not only that my laptop lay in their shop for 6 days without them notifying me it was ready. Got it home and it still had the popups that I paid them £150 to remove.
The staff a rude and argumentative.
I have used them for years, their customer service has gone downhill recently since they closed all of their branches.

Everything was good, I was still using my Ipad for work, because a crack on the screen wasn't so bad. Shop staff agreed that I can keep ipad while waiting for a new screen and then I could bring it back for one day to replace it, appreciate it a lot, thank you!
