Expert, courteous, professional service by all assistants at great prices. Whether for high-tech or basic solutions, the assistants go above and beyond for customers. My Mum and I were made to feel welcome and treated respectfully. The friendly assistant solved my Mum's query within seconds, and ordered a new phone cover for me - there's always brilliant service whenever I shop there. You won't be disappointed!

These guys completely ripped me off. It was like being scammed in person. £180 for a replacement Pixel 8 screen. Picked up the phone 45 minutes later and they told me to leave the sticky tape on for at least an hour. What a mistake, because that was just to hide the faulty screen. Next morning there's a black spot and bright white line right through the screen, worse than the crack in the old screen. There is no possibility that the new screen was damaged by me. They refused to repair it unless I pay £80. So if you want to get ripped off in broad daylight use these jokers. I should have just kept the broken screen until buying a new phone.

Adding as a response to their comment; there is zero physical damage, and genuine Google Pixel screens don't fail like this. Plus, I know that I didn't damage it. I should have read the other negative feedback before trusting this guy.

Great customer service. This is the only shop I will take my phone. Had trouble with the speaker on my phone which was fixed within the hour and had a new screen cover fitted, was only charged for the cover. Thank you so much. You're the best!

Excellent prompt service. My brother needed a new screen protector for his iPhone, and when he’s tried doing it himself he always gets fluff, dust and bubbles trapped underneath. So I suggested taking it to the professionals, he had a new screen protector fitted in less than 5mins. He was very happy with how it was first cleaned and then fitted, not a bubble in sight.

Avoid at all costs . Took my Samsung in for a new battery .don't know what they did , battery life was a bit better for couple of months then was just as bad . Took it to areputable repairers who took phone apart in front of me . It still had the original Samsung battery in it with 2019 date on it . Confronted them and just got blatant lies . Disgusting
